Twice-Monthly Zoom Calls
Every gathering includes a devotional, member sharing, a best-practices discussion, and a deep dive into one member's opportunity or challenge.
Monthly 1-on-1 Coaching
Personal time with Carter each month to work through what's in front of you.
Quarterly In-Person Meetings
Held at member churches in place of the regular Zoom call, four times a year.

$500/month with a free month if you pre-pay a year in advance ( $400/mo for first four founding members for the first 12 months)
About Carter
I am passionate about helping senior leaders and their organizations flourish.
My background includes fifteen years as an entrepreneur, starting, running, and selling a software and services business, as well as ten years as a management consultant helping organizations navigate growth and complex change. More recently, I've been leading a group of Christian CEOs meeting monthly in New York City.
All of this came together when I was asked to serve as the interim Executive Director of Redeemer East Side for two-plus years. It was a complex season: we built and moved into a new church building, searched for a new Senior Pastor, and coped with escalating expenses. I learned the frustration and the loneliness, as well as the joy, of the role.
I've personally experienced the amazing value of convening a group of like-minded leaders who want to be more effective and more impactful.
